  Mr. BEGICH. Madam President, I understand that S. 192, introduced 
earlier today by Senator DeMint, is at the desk and I ask for its first 
reading.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bill by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 192) to repeal the job-killing health care law 
     and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and 
     Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.

  Mr. BEGICH. Madam President, I now ask for its second reading and 
object to my own request.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard.
  The bill will be read the second time on the next legislative day.
