So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
The title was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend title 44,
United States Code, to eliminate the mandatory printing of bills and
resolutions for the use of offices of Members of Congress.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
  Stated for:
Mr. FILNER. Madam Speaker, on rollcall 12, I was unable to vote
because of airline delays. Had I been present, I would have voted
``yea.''
Ms. WILSON of Florida. Madam Speaker, on rollcall No. 12, had I been
present, I would have voted ``yea.''
Mr. GUTIERREZ. Madam Speaker, I was unavoidably absent for votes in
the House Chamber today. I would like the Record to show that had I
been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on the rollcall vote No. 12.
