      BILLS PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDENT AFTER SINE DIE ADJOURNMENT

  Lorraine C. Miller, Clerk of the House reports that on December 29, 
2010 she presented to the President of the United States, for his 
approval, the following bills.

       H.R. 6523. To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2011 
     for military activities of the Department of Defense, for 
     military construction, and for defense activities of the 
     Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel 
     strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2751. To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic 
     Act with respect to the safety of the food supply.
       H.R. 5809. To amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to 
     reauthorize and modify provisions relating to the diesel 
     emissions reduction program.

       H.R. 5901. To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to 
     authorize the tax court to appoint employees.
       H.R. 2142. To require quarterly performance assessments of 
     Government programs for purposes of assessing agency 
     performance and improvement, and to establish agency 
     performance improvement officers and the Performance 
     Improvement Council.
