ARTS IN EDUCATION WEEK
Mr. BAYH. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Health,
Education, Labor and Pensions Committee be discharged from further
consideration of H. Con. Res. 275, and the Senate proceed to its
immediate consideration.
The PRESIDING OFFICER (Ms. Cantwell). Without objection, it is so
ordered.
The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title.
The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 275) expressing
support for designation of the week beginning on the second
Sunday of September as Arts in Education Week.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
concurrent resolution.
Mr. BAYH. I ask unanimous consent that the concurrent resolution be
agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, the motions to reconsider be laid
upon the table with no intervening action or debate, and any statements
related to the measure be printed in the Record.
