                  ORDERS FOR SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2010

  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when 
the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 12 noon, on 
Sunday, December 19; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
to have expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume 
executive session to consider the New START treaty, as provided under 
the previous order.
