         FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION EXTENSION ACT OF 2010

  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Finance Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 4915 
and the Senate proceed to its consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4915) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to extend the funding and expenditure authority of the 
     Airport and Airway Trust Fund, to amend title 49, United 
     States Code, to extend authorizations for the airport 
     improvement program, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. I ask unanimous consent that the Baucus substitute 
amendment at the desk be considered and agreed to; the bill, as 
amended, be read a third time, passed, and the motion to reconsider be 
laid on the table; that the title amendment which is at the desk be 
considered and agreed to, and that any statements related thereto be 
printed in the Record.

  The amendment (No. 4848) was agreed to.

  The amendment (No. 4849) was agreed to, as follows:

                     (Purpose: To amend the title)

       Amend the title so as to read: ``An Act to amend the 
     Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make technical corrections 
     to the pension funding provisions of the Preservation of 
     Access to Care for Medicare Beneficiaries and Pension Relief 
     Act of 2010.''.

  The amendments were ordered to be engrossed and the bill to be read a 
third time.
  The bill (H.R. 4915), as amended, was read the third time and passed.
