Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Environment and Public Works be discharged from further
consideration of H.R. 6510 and the Senate proceed to its immediate
consideration.

Services to convey a parcel

of real property in Houston, Texas, to the Military Museum of
Texas, and for other purposes.
