                        PRIVILEGES OF THE FLOOR

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that two additional 
staff members from Senator Lieberman's office be granted floor 
privileges for the duration of the debate on the vote to invoke cloture 
on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment 
to H.R. 2965.
  We do not need their names. You are entitled to two and he wants to 
be able to have four. So I ask that consent.
