               AUTHORIZING PILOT PROGRAM FOR PATENT CASES

suspending the rules and concurring in the Senate amendment to the bill 
(H.R. 628) to establish a pilot program in certain United States 
district courts to encourage enhancement of expertise in patent cases 
among district judges.

gentlewoman from California (Ms. Chu) that the House suspend the rules 
and concur in the Senate amendment.
