RAY DAVES AIRPORT TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER
Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Commerce
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 5591, and
the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

A bill (H.R. 5591) to designate the airport traffic control
tower located at Spokane International Airport in Spokane,
Washington, as the ``Ray Daves Airport Traffic Control
Tower.''
