the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
*Mario Cordero, of California, to be a Federal Maritime
Commissioner for the term expiring June 30, 2014.
*Rebecca F. Dye, of North Carolina, to be a Federal
Maritime Commissioner for the term expiring June 30, 2015.
*Coast Guard nominations beginning with Captain Bruce D.
Baffer and ending with Captain Fred M. Midgette, which
nominations were received by the Senate and appeared in the
Congressional Record on September 20, 2010.
