RECOGNIZING EFFORTS OF WELCOME BACK VETERANS
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and agreeing to the resolution (H. Res. 1746)
recognizing and supporting the efforts of Welcome Back Veterans to
augment the services provided by the Departments of Defense and
Veterans' Affairs in providing timely and world-class care for veterans
and members of the Armed Forces suffering from PTSD and related
psychiatric disorders, as amended.
The Clerk read the title of the resolution.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Indiana (Mr. Donnelly) that the House suspend the rules
and agree to the resolution, as amended.
