RECOGNIZING 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL
VISITORS
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and agreeing to the resolution (H. Res. 1402)
recognizing the 50th anniversary of the National Council for
International Visitors, and expressing support for designation of
February 16, 2011, as ``Citizen Diplomacy Day,'' as amended.
The Clerk read the title of the resolution.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Florida (Mr. Klein) that the House suspend the rules and
agree to the resolution, as amended.
