ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2010
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. tomorrow
morning, Tuesday, December 7; that following the prayer and the pledge,
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be
deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use
later in the day, and the Senate resume consideration of the Articles
of Impeachment, as provided under the previous order.
Further, I ask unanimous consent that at 12:30 p.m., the Senate
proceed to legislative session for a period of morning business, with
Senator LeMieux recognized to speak for up to 15 minutes; that
following his remarks, the Senate recess until 2:30 p.m. to allow for
the weekly caucus meetings.
