    EMERGENCY SENIOR CITIZENS RELIEF ACT OF 2010--MOTION TO PROCEED


                             Cloture Motion

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 655, S. 
3985, which is the Emergency Senior Citizens Relief Act, and I have a 
cloture motion at the desk referencing that matter.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The cloture motion having been presented under 
rule XXII, the Chair directs the clerk to read the motion.

     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 655, S. 3985, the Emergency Senior 
     Citizens Relief Act of 2010.
