  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed en bloc to the following postal-naming bills, Calendar Nos. 665 
through 669, S. 3784, H.R. 5758, H.R. 6118, H.R. 6237, and H.R. 6387.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bills 
en bloc.
  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bills be 
read a third time and passed en bloc, the motions to reconsider be laid 
upon the table en bloc, with no intervening action or debate, and any 
statements relating to the bills be printed in the Record.
