                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following any leader remarks, there will be 
a period of morning business. Senators will be allowed to speak for up 
to 10 minutes each during that time. Republicans will control the first 
30 minutes, and the majority will control the final 30 minutes. We are 
going to recess from 12:30 until 3:30 today to allow for a caucus the 
Democrats are having.
