MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--S. 3991 AND S. 3992 EN BLOC

Mrs. HAGAN. Mr. President, I understand there are two bills at the
desk. I ask for their first reading en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bills by title.
The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

A bill (S. 3991) to provide collective bargaining rights
for public safety officers employed by States or their
     political subdivisions.
A bill (S. 3992) to authorize the cancellation of removal
and adjustment of status of certain alien students who are
long-term United States residents and who entered the United
States as children and for other purposes.

Mrs. HAGAN. I now ask for second reading en bloc, and I object to my
own request en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard. The bills will be read for
the second time on the next legislative day.
