           AMERICAN EAGLE PALLADIUM BULLION COIN ACT OF 2010

  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Banking Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 6166 
and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk

  The assistant bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 6166) to authorize the production of palladium 
     bullion coins to provide affordable opportunities for 
     investments in precious metals, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
