              BANKRUPTCY TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS ACT of 2010

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 6198.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 6198) to amend title 11 of the United States 
     Code to make technical corrections; and for related purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Hatch amendment which is 
at the desk be agreed to; the bill, as amended, be read the third time 
and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, and that 
any statements relating to this matter be printed in the Record.

  The amendment (No. 4718) was agreed to, as follows:

       On page 3, strike lines 1 through 5 and insert the 
     following: ``and
       ``(F) in paragraph (51D), by inserting `of the filing' 
     after `date' the 1st place it appears,''

  The amendment was ordered to be engrossed and the bill to be read a 
third time.
  The bill (H.R. 6198), as amended, was read the third time and passed.
