BANKRUPTCY TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS ACT of 2010
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Judiciary
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 6198.

Code to make technical corrections; and for related purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

at the desk be agreed to; the bill, as amended, be read the third time
and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, and that
any statements relating to this matter be printed in the Record.

On page 3, strike lines 1 through 5 and insert the
following: ``and
``(F) in paragraph (51D), by inserting `of the filing'
after `date' the 1st place it appears,''
The amendment was ordered to be engrossed and the bill to be read a
third time.
