    RECOGNIZING AND SUPPORTING THE EFFORTS OF THE USA BID COMMITTEE

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent to proceed to H. Con. Res. 327.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent 
resolution by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 327) recognizing and 
     supporting the efforts of the USA Bid Committee to bring the 
     2022 Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) 
     World Cup Competition to the United States.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
concurrent resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the concurrent resolution be 
agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, the motions to reconsider be laid 
upon the table, with no intervening action or debate, and that any 
statements relating to this matter be printed in the Record.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
