TELEWORK ENHANCEMENT ACT OF 2010
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule XIX,
proceedings will resume on the motion to concur in the Senate amendment
to the bill (H.R. 1722) to improve teleworking in executive agencies by
developing a telework program that allows employees to telework at
least 20 percent of the hours worked in every 2 administrative
workweeks, and for other purposes.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1721, the
previous question is ordered.
The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from
Massachusetts (Mr. Lynch).
The question was taken; and the Speaker pro tempore announced that
the ayes appeared to have it.
Mr. BOUSTANY. Madam Speaker, I object to the vote on the ground that
a quorum is not present and make the point of order that a quorum is
not present.

Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, this 15-minute vote on concurring in
the Senate amendment to H.R. 1722 will be followed by 5-minute votes on
suspending the rules with regard to H.R. 6419, S. 3774, H. Con. Res.
329, and H. Res. 1677.
