            ORDER FOR FILING OF IMPEACHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT

  Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
Impeachment Committee be permitted to file their report with respect to 
the impeachment of Judge Porteus, notwithstanding adjournment of the 
Senate, on Tuesday, November 16, between the hours of 12 noon to 2 p.m.
