ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2010
Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on
Wednesday, November 17; that following the prayer and pledge, the
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later
in the day, and that following any leader remarks the Senate proceed to
a period of morning business until 11 a.m., with the time equally
divided and controlled between the two leaders or

their designees, with Senator Harkin controlling 15 minutes, Senator
Dodd controlling 15 minutes, and Senator Mikulski controlling 5 minutes
of the majority time; further, that at 11 a.m. the Senate resume
consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3815, the Promoting
Natural Gas and Electric Vehicles Act of 2010, and the Senate
immediately proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the
motion to proceed.
