The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (S. 3689) to clarify,
improve, and correct the laws relating to copyrights, as amended, on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Conyers) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.
