  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I move to proceed to the consideration of 
Calendar No. 247, S. 510, and I send a cloture motion to the desk.

  We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the provisions of 
rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, hereby move to bring to 
a close debate on the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 247, S. 510, 
the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act.
         Harry Reid, Tom Harkin, Richard J. Durbin, Jeff Bingaman,
