MEDICAL DEBT RELIEF ACT OF 2010
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and passing the bill (H.R. 3421) to exclude from
consumer credit reports medical debt that has been in collection and
has been fully paid or settled, and for other purposes, as amended.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

gentlewoman from Ohio (Ms. Kilroy) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill, as amended.
