                 ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2010

  Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., Tuesday, 
September 28; that on Tuesday, following the prayer and pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and after any leader remarks, there be a period of morning 
business until 11:10 a.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for 
up to 10 minutes, during which period Senators may make tributes to the 
late Senator Ted Stevens; that at 11:10 a.m. there be 20 minutes of 
debate prior to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to 
proceed to S. 3816, with the time equally divided and controlled 
between the leaders or their designees; that at 11:30 a.m. the Senate 
then proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture, as provided for 
under a previous order.
