IMPROVING THE OPERATION OF CERTAIN FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS OF THE HOUSE
OF REPRESENTATIVES
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Rules
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 5682, and
that the Senate then proceed to its consideration.

facilities and programs of the House of Representatives, and
for other purposes.
