ORDERS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2010
Mr. GOODWIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday,
September 20; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired,
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate proceed to a period
for the transaction of morning

business until 3 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up
to 10 minutes each; and that following morning business, the Senate
resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3454, the
Department of Defense authorization bill.
