  AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF DULY ENROLLED BILLS AND/OR JOINT RESOLUTIONS

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that after today, 
Thursday, August 12, Senator Landrieu be authorized to sign any duly 
enrolled bills and/or joint resolutions on any day until Friday, August
