              FIREARMS EXCISE TAX IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2010

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent to proceed to 
Calendar No. 456.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5552) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to require that the payment of the manufacturers' excise 
     tax on recreational equipment be paid quarterly and to 
     provide for the assessment by the Secretary of the Treasury 
     of certain criminal restitution.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
read the third time and passed, a motion to reconsider be laid upon the 
table, with no intervening action or debate, and any statements be 
printed in the Record.
