                 UNANIMOUS-CONSENT AGREEMENT--H.R. 1586

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I now ask unanimous consent that the cloture 
vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate 
amendment to H.R. 1586 with amendment No. 4567 occur at 5:45 p.m., 
Monday, August 2, with the time from 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. equally 
divided and controlled between the majority and minority leaders or 
their designees.
