SURFACE TRANSPORTATION EARMARK RESCISSION, SAVINGS, AND ACCOUNTABILITY
ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 5730) to rescind
earmarks for certain surface transportation projects, on which the yeas
and nays were ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentlewoman from Colorado (Ms. Markey) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill.
