MAKING COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, there is a resolution at the desk, and I
ask for its consideration.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the title of the
resolution.
The legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 594) to constitute the majority
party's membership on certain committees for the One Hundred
Eleventh Congress, or until their successors are chosen.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.

resolution be agreed to and the motion to reconsider be laid upon the
table.
