                 UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--H.R. 5297

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the postcloture 
time with respect to the Landrieu-LeMieux amendment No. 4500 suspend 
until such time as the Senate resumes consideration of H.R. 5297.
