  Mr. MERKLEY. Mr. President, at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow the Senate will 
proceed to a rollcall vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the 
motion to concur, with an amendment in the House amendment to the 
Senate amendment to H.R. 4213, a bill to extend unemployment benefits 
through November, 2010.
