ORDER FOR MORNING BUSINESS
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that on Wednesday,
June 30, after any leader time, there be a 2-hour period for the
transaction of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak
therein for up to 10 minutes each, and that during this period of time,
Senators may offer tributes to the late Senator Robert C. Byrd.
