  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on the Judiciary be authorized to meet during the session of the 
Senate, on June 28, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in room SH-216 of the Hart 
Senate Office Building, to conduct a hearing on the nomination of Elena 
Kagan to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United 
States.
