            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. REID. As in executive session, I ask unanimous consent that on 
Monday, June 28, at 5 p.m., the Senate proceed to executive session to 
consider Calendar No. 814, the nomination of Gary Feinerman to be a 
United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois; 
that debate on the nomination extend to 5:30 p.m., with the time 
equally divided and controlled between Senators Leahy and Sessions or 
their designees; that upon confirmation, the motion to consider be 
considered made and laid upon the table, the President be immediately 
notified of the Senate's action, and the Senate resume legislative 
session.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. REID. I suggest the absence of a quorum.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll.
  The assistant legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.
  Ms. STABENOW. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the order
