  Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session and that the Environment and Public Works 
Committee be discharged of the following nomination: PN1573, Rafael 
Moure-Eraso, to be a member of the Chemical Safety and Hazardous 
Investigation Board, and that the nomination then be placed on the 
Executive Calendar.
