                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23, 2010

  Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on 
Wednesday, June 23; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
to have expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day, and that following any leader remarks, the Senate 
proceed to a period of morning business for 1 hour, with Senators 
permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the 
Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes and the majority 
controlling the final 30 minutes.
