previously announced hearing scheduled before the Senate Committee on
Energy and Natural Resources. The hearing will be held on Thursday,
June 24, 2010, at 9:30 a.m., in room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate

to require leases entered into under that Act to include a plan that
describes the means and timeline for containment and termination of an
ongoing discharge of oil, and for other purposes; and, S. 3431, a bill
to improve the administration of the Minerals Management Service, and
for other purposes.
Adding bills: S. 3509, a bill to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005
to promote the research and development of technologies and best

other petroleum resources, and for other purposes; and, S. 3516, a bill
