            UNANIMOUS-CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, as if in Executive Session, I ask unanimous 
consent that on Monday, June 21, the Senate proceed to executive 
session at 5:15 p.m. and debate concurrently until 6 p.m. Calendar No. 
777, Mark Goldsmith; No. 778, Marc Treadwell; and No. 779, Josephine 
Tucker; that the time between 5:15 p.m. and 6 p.m. be equally divided 
and controlled between Senators Leahy and Sessions or their designees; 
that at 6 p.m., the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation of the 
nominations in the order listed; that there be 2 minutes of debate, 
equally divided, prior to any votes after the first; with succeeding 
votes limited to 10 minutes each; that upon confirmation, the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, the President be 
immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume 
legislative session.
