  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, at approximately 12 noon, the Senate will 
proceed to a vote in relation to the Thune amendment No. 4333, the 
Republican alternative to the tax extenders legislation. Additional 
votes are expected to occur throughout the day in relation to 
amendments to the bill.
