                                PROGRAM

  Mr. REID. Under a previous order, at approximately 11:50 a.m. the 
Senate will proceed to a series of up to three rollcall votes. Those 
votes will be on the confirmation of the following district court 
nominations: Tanya Pratt of Indiana, Brian Jackson of Louisiana, and 
Elizabeth Foote of Louisiana, all to be district court judges. There 
could be additional votes in relation to the amendments to the tax 
extenders throughout the day.
