Mr. LOEBSACK and Ms. CLARKE changed their vote from ``nay'' to
``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the resolution was agreed to.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated for:
Mrs. NAPOLITANO. Mr. Speaker, I was absent during rollcall vote No.
355. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on the motion to
suspend the rules and pass H. Res. 1368, Supporting the Goals of
National Dairy Month, which will commend dairy farmers for their hard
work and commitment to the U.S. economy and preservation of open space.
Mr. COSTA. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 355, had I been present, I
would have voted ``yea.''
