   75TH ANNIVERSARY OF EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT IN CALIFORNIA

  Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H. Con. Res. 211 
and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk

  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 211) recognizing the 
     75th anniversary of the establishment of the East Bay 
     Regional Park District in California, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
concurrent resolution.
  Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the concurrent 
resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, the motions to 
reconsider be laid upon the table, with no intervening action or 
debate, and any statements related to the concurrent resolution be 
printed in the Record.
