  Mr. UDALL of Colorado. Mr. President, Senators should expect two 
rollcall votes beginning at approximately 5:30 p.m. Those votes will be 
in relation to the Brownback and Hutchison motions to instruct 
conferees with respect to H.R. 4173, the Wall Street reform 
legislation.
