                        PRIVILEGES OF THE FLOOR

  Mr. HATCH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Paul Williams, 
a detailee in my office from the Food and Drug Administration; Ron 
Rowe, a detailee in my office from the Secret Service; Ryika Hooshangi, 
a foreign affairs fellow in my office from the Department of State; MAJ 
Ken Kuebler, a military fellow in my office from the U.S. Air Force, 
all be granted the privileges of the floor for the remainder of the 
second session of the 111th Congress.
